Interested in Getting Started?
We'll Walk You Through the Process
1. Contact Us
Submit a request through our website. Within 1 business day, our team will email you intake forms.
2. Intake & Benefits Review
Once your forms are received, we will verify your benefits, if applicable, and schedule an intake call to learn more about your child, answer your questions, and explain what ABA services may look like. During this step, we will also review any documents received and request any additional documents needed for insurance authorization.
3. Assessment Authorization
We will request authorization from your insurance company for an initial assessment. This typically takes 7-21 business days.
4. Initial Assessment
After approval, a BCBA will schedule an assessment with your family. The evaluation typically takes place over 1–3 sessions in your home or your child’s school, depending on your family’s needs.
5. Treatment Plan and Insurance Authorization
Following the assessment, your BCBA will develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to your child’s unique needs and goals. After reviewing the plan with you, we will submit it to your insurance company along with a request to begin ABA services. Insurance approval and authorization for ongoing therapy are typically received within 7–21 business days.
6. Scheduling & Team Assignment
While we wait for approval, our team will work with you to create a schedule based on your child’s availability, recommended hours, and staffing fit.
7. Starting Services
The first sessions focus on building comfort, trust, and connection. Our team gets to know your child through play, communication, and preferred activities while the BCBA supervises the program.

Testimonials
Stories of Progress, Growth, and Transformation
The Behaviorists have helped my child integrate in being able to accept changes and when something is not available. He is overall a happier more regulated child
Changes in his behavior have helped him advance tremendously in his academics (where he was most struggling bc of his difficulties maintaining his focus/attention). They have also helped him improve his social skills and create more meaningful relationships with his peers.
His RBT doesn't give up on him and maintains goals and continues to push him. Very thankful for the team
Camille and Emely are absolutely amazing! They advocate for Jordan’s needs while at the same time promoting his independence. Teaching him skills he can implement while on his own have helped him advance academically and socially.
Common ABA Therapy Questions
Clear, Helpful Answers You Can Feel Confident About
ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy is an evidence-based approach that helps children develop important life skills such as communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and independence. ABA focuses on understanding your child’s behavior and teaching skills in a positive, supportive way that fits into everyday life.
ABA therapy is commonly recommended for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs. If your child is experiencing challenges with communication, behavior, or daily routines, ABA may be helpful. During your free consultation, we’ll discuss your concerns and help determine whether our services are the right fit.
We primarily serve children and adolescents. Therapy plans are always individualized based on your child’s developmental level, strengths, and goals.
We provide:
- In-home ABA therapy, where skills are taught in your child’s natural environment
- School-based ABA therapy, supporting children within educational settings
This helps children apply skills where they matter most—at home, at school, and in the community.
The number of therapy hours depends on your child’s needs and clinical recommendations. After an initial assessment, our clinical team creates a personalized plan that balances effectiveness with your family’s schedule.
Your child’s program is supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and delivered by trained behavior technicians. We prioritize consistency so your child can build strong, trusting relationships with their therapy team.
Parents are a vital part of the process. We:
- Keep you informed with regular updates
- Provide guidance and strategies you can use at home
- Encourage collaboration so progress continues beyond sessions
Our goal is to support your entire family—not just your child.
We use ongoing data collection to monitor your child’s progress and adjust goals as needed. Progress is reviewed regularly to ensure therapy remains meaningful, effective, and aligned with your child’s needs.
Insurance coverage varies by plan. Our team will help you navigate the process, verify benefits, and answer questions so you can focus on your child—not paperwork.
Once you contact us, we move quickly. We aim to complete intake, assessments, and scheduling as efficiently as possible while maintaining high clinical standards.
It begins with a free consultation. We’ll listen to your concerns, explain next steps, and guide you through the process with care and clarity.
